For a truly gala occasion, no space is more impressive than the 17,000-square-foot San Antonio Grand Ballroom at The Westin La Cantera Hill Country Resort. Boasting 20-foot ceilings, this lofty venue is endlessly flexible, dividing into up to nine separate spaces. Its surrounding foyers add another 6,500 square feet perfect for casual mingling, while an adjoining 5,000-square-foot, open-air terrace delights all with sunsets over our golf courses.
Of course, not every occasion requires such dimensions or grandeur. For more intimate or informal gatherings, we have more than 20 meeting rooms of all shapes and sizes, including three executive boardrooms. For a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, try our Palo Duro Pavilion, located at the Resort Course Clubhouse slightly apart from the main resort buildings. Its wood ceiling beams, rustic tiles, and a huge limestone fireplace bring warmth and charm to its 3,200 square feet, while a wraparound terrace overlooks the golf course and city skyline.
The resort’s Hill Country setting and mild climate make it ideal for staging outdoor events. For casual poolside fun and plenty of space, choose the beautifully landscaped Lost Quarry Pools, spread out over 31,000 square feet. Other options include elegant, manicured lawns, courtyards, and plazas.
