For my past business trip to Atlanta, I stay at this hotel for 10 nights. Things were working pretty well until I saw the bill. There were several 'In Room Movie' charges with identical amount caught my attention. As I did NOT even tune on the TV for my entire stay, it must be something wrong with their system. When I called up the hotel, what really surprise me was that the hotel manager refused to fix this bill problem rather than suggesting to move those charges from corp credit card to my personal card. Why should I be responsible for their system fault. The conversation ended politely but not helpful. It clearly shows arrogance and does not care of losing a loyalty customer. I've raised an alarm to corporate travel agent.

I love this hotel. The rooms are great, heavenly! I sleep so well. The staff just gets it!
I come to Atlanta often and they always remember me.
From the location to the comfort to the bar staff, you can't do better.
Make this your home in Atlanta.

Visited my former home of Atlanta from 10/30-11/1 and decided to stay at this property since it was near my old house. I feel like this property isn't deserving of the Westin name, but will also say that the price kind of reflects this. I cannot remember what hotel it used to be, but the Westin renovations made were cheap and lacked quality by my standards. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times although my room had already been cleaned. Got to listen to an Indian wedding outside of my window. Not an awful experience, but I would have and will gladly pay more next time to stay at a different property.

had a conference at this hotel so it was convienent. agency paid for room so no complaints there, if you eat at the restaurant it is very procy, 20.00 for breakfast and nothing special on the buffet. the next morning i paid 9 dollars for a muffin and a sprite in the gift shop.. the bar is very nice but again pricey, i guess it is expected for the class of this hotel but when you travel per diem it is very hard not to break it. the rest of the time i went off property to eat, they have very nice much cheaper restaurants very close by. the room was very comfortable and clean. staff very friendly. this hotel is not for a vacation it strictly caters to business and meetings
